From the minute a student walks onto campus for the first time to the moment they walk across the stage to receive their diploma, the Division of Student Affairs is there to guide and inform student success. The Division of Student Affairs advances the mission of the university by enhancing student learning and personal development, encouraging social and civic responsibility, and promoting student well-being and success. To fulfill this mission, the division collaborates across academic departments and with faculty to align and reinforce the curricular and co-curricular experiences of our students.
To design, deliver and continually improve highly effective programs for our students, we must be able to seize opportunities that bolster specific student-learning and service outcomes. The Student Affairs Vice President’s Fund allows the Office of the Vice President to be a pacesetter, staying ahead of evolving needs and pursuing new programs that improve the quality of the student experience as they arise.
Gifts to the Student Affairs Vice President’s Fund allows the Office to direct funds to its highest and most urgent priorities. These may include resources to support student scholarships, recruiting and retaining superb faculty, new academic and student enrichment programs or experiences, technology upgrades, new curricula, facility improvements and more.
