The Educational Opportunity Program’s Milt & Debbie Valera Resilient Scholars Program is expanding its impact as it supports more than 150 contracted scholars and reaches over 600 self-identified foster youth. Students benefit from individualized guidance, life skills support, community events, career development opportunities, graduate school preparation, and access to vital off-campus resources.
