Our Goals and Objectives
With your partnership, the Recreation Alumni Chapter works to:

- Honor and showcase the accomplishments of our alumni who are making an impact across the recreation and leisure services field
- Strengthen and enhance the chapter, supporting alumni, faculty, and students through programs, resources, and professional growth
- Elevate the visibility and reputation of the Recreation Alumni Chapter, the Leisure Studies and Recreation Department, and California State University, Northridge
- Increase awareness of the Recreation profession’s many facets, including therapeutic recreation, community and general recreation programs, park maintenance, and tourism
