Thank you for a successful CSUN Giving Day! You can still donate by clicking HERE!
Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing

This Giving Day, your donation to the Institute for Community Health and Wellbeing will directly support things like mindfulness and stress reduction programs, including capacity-development and training for mindfulness instructors, meditation supplies (such as cushions and audio equipment) and mindfulness events and workshops. Contributions may also help fund research exploring the impact of mindfulness and its effective reduction of stress levels. As mindfulness expert Jon Kabat-Zinn defines it, mindfulness is "paying attention in a particular way, on purpose, in the present moment, to what’s actually happening, non-judgmentally." With your support, we can empower individuals to cultivate a more mindful, fulfilling life by meeting daily challenges with greater calm and compassion, non-judgmentally.
