Teenage Drama Workshop

For the past 67 years, Teenage Drama Workshop has been young adults' first experience with live theatreeither as an audience member or as a participant. We want to make sure TADW continues for another 67 years.

Our goal is to ensure that all students have the opportunity to discover the joy of live performance despite any hardships or economic challenges.

Each summer, students ages 11-18, participate in a six-week immersive Theatre program that changes their lives! Our goal is to not only teach theatre arts but also the importance of teamwork through our intensive classes and productions. Classes include dance, musical theatre voice, acting, stage combat, improvisation and playwriting.

Through the generosity of our donors, last summer we were able to fund 30 full scholarships. We are already planning next summer and want to guarantee that students who are passionate about the arts can attend TADW. Please take a moment and donate to help a student experience the joys (and hard work) of theatre.

TADW is a safe and welcoming environment for students to develop communication skills, creative thinking and build self-confidence. Although we are teaching skills in their relation to theatre, these skills are life skills that can help them throughout their lives.
