Marino J. Riccomini Family Scholarship

The mission of Academic First Year Experiences (AFYE) is to support incoming freshmen and transfer students and help them successfully transition to college life and the academic experience at CSU Northridge. Our success seminars support and guide students as they acclimate to a new academic community and help to increase their sense of belonging at CSUN, while gaining knowledge and skills that will help them in their academic and intellectual development so they can become academically, personally, and socially successful. We traditionally award at least one $1,000 scholarship through the Marino J. Riccomini Family Scholarship each semester to a first-semester freshman who has done an excellent job in the class, and donor dollars can help us to continue this tradition.
