The Patricia A. Maloney Student Travel Award offers both graduate and undergraduate majors in Chemistry and Biochemistry the opportunity to deliver poster presentations to highlight the outcomes of their research activities and to increase their visibility within the research community.
For our students, poster sessions are essential for disseminating their research findings, gaining valuable feedback from peers and experts in their field and increasing confidence in their abilities. Additionally, conferences allow for networking with other researchers and facilitates connections that could lead to collaborations, mentorships or future employment prospects.
