Black Faculty and Staff Association

The purpose of the Black Faculty and Staff Association (BFSA) is to foster connection, community and resource sharing among Black faculty and staff at California State University Northridge, as well as other Black organizations at CSUN and across the California State University system. BFSA supports other on-campus organizations and causes seeking equitable treatment around racial and social justice issues.

BFSA aspires to advise, support, counsel and assist Black students at CSUN in their academic and social integration into University life, through activities and events.

Your gifts to BFSA will support Black faculty and staff networking events and activities, and Black student activities, including Black Graduation.
